This information includes the mandatory name and e-mail address, and the following optional information: address, telephone number and mobile number.

Uses
- We may use the information you provide to provide the services you request, including services that display customized content and advertising.
- We do not share any information you provide us with, such as your account details or your directory entry details, with third parties, with the exception of when obliged by law, such as when complying with legal processes, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.
- There is no physical computer located on the Maltese islands that stores the directory data. All data is stored on servers abroad. The computers are physically protected by a third-party (our hosting provider), which, in compliance with the data protection act, will only access the data for troubleshooting purposes when the need arises. The hosting provider takes all the necessary backups to ensure proper recovery in case of physical loss.

- We offer you choices when we ask for personal information, whenever reasonably possible (e.g. optional fields).
- You may decline to provide personal information to us, although some of the features may not work properly as a result.
- We make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible.
